What do we need, as an employer, to request such information?
Proper releases signed by the applicant/employee. Although much information
is a matter of public record, not all information can be retrieved without
proper releases. Local, State and Federal Laws have different criteria and
requirements to obtain this information. More importantly, these requirements are for the
protection of the consumer/applicant; which some day you might be the subject
of a background check. Would you not prefer this protection? We can help by
